Terms and Conditions

1. Membership Duration: Soil & Soul Membership is valid for 12 months from the activation date.

2. Membership Type: Family membership, covering up to 4 individuals (2 adults and 2 children under 18).

3. Exclusive Invitations: Membership is by invitation only and non-transferable. Members are selected based on Soil & Soul community values.

4. Renewal: Membership renewal is subject to approval by Mangar Farms.

5. Usage of Facilities: Members have access to specified facilities; certain amenities require prior reservation.

6. Guest Policy: Guests may join upon approval, with nominal charges applicable.

7. Private Bookings & Paid Events: Some experiences require additional fees, including wine and cheese tastings for Silver members.

8. Cancellation Policy: Memberships are non-refundable; however, special cases may be considered at Mangar Farms’ discretion.

9. Community Conduct: All members are expected to uphold the values of respect, connection, and participation in the Soil & Soul community.

10. Liability: Mangar Farms is not responsible for personal injury, loss, or damage to property.
